    • He is nominated for the Attorney General from the US DoJ, the attorney general holds the power of attorney in representing a government in all legal matter. He can prosecute cases that involved the government and gives advice to the president and heads of the executive departments when needed.

    •  There's controversy around his nomination because he's been accused of racism. When Reagan was president he voted against appointing him. And he thought the KKK ok until he found out that they smoked pot. Spoke critically of Civil Rights legislation, basically he's a bad dude.
